专利说明:
B.2013 Vacuum nozzle with a main suction channel and a secondary suction channel Technical area The present invention relates to the field of vacuum cleaners equipped with a vacuum cleaner nozzle, also called a suction head, making it possible to suck up dust and small particle size waste present on a surface. State of the art Vacuum cleaners equipped with a vacuum cleaner nozzle are well known on the market, these making it possible to clean surfaces by suction for the evacuation of dust and small particle size waste resting thereon. The surface to be vacuumed can for example be tiles, parquet, laminate, carpet or a carpet. A vacuum cleaner nozzle traditionally comprises a connection sleeve and a soleplate provided with a bottom face and at least one suction channel communicating with the connection sleeve and opening onto the underside of the soleplate. The underside of the soleplate is intended to be positioned adjoining the surface to be vacuumed during the use of the vacuum nozzle. The sole of the vacuum cleaner nozzle may for example have a substantially triangular shape and be provided with a main suction channel opening into the underside and extending in a first direction of extension which is substantially transverse to a direction of displacement of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, and of a secondary suction channel opening into the lower face and extending in a second direction of extension which is substantially parallel to the direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, the channel d the secondary suction being fluidly connected to the main suction channel. Under the conditions of use of such a vacuum cleaner nozzle, part of the waste aspirated by the vacuum cleaner nozzle follows the path formed by the main suction channel and is evacuated by a suction duct with which the soleplate is provided. , while another part of the waste aspirated by the vacuum cleaner nozzle follows the secondary suction channel before being also evacuated by the suction duct. Thus, the presence of the main and secondary suction channels ensures that such a suction nozzle has an improved suction capacity compared to triangular nozzles having no secondary suction channel. However, the suction efficiency of such a vacuum cleaner nozzle, and in particular at the level of the secondary suction channel, can sometimes prove to be insufficient to ensure a suction of large waste (of the order of a few grams). when the vacuum cleaner equipped with such a nozzle has relatively low suction flow rates. Summary of the invention The present invention aims to remedy all or part of these drawbacks. The technical problem underlying the invention consists in particular in providing a vacuum cleaner nozzle with a reliable and economical structure, while guaranteeing improved suction performance. To this end, the present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner nozzle comprising a sole having a substantially triangular shape and comprising first and second lateral edges forming a front point of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, the sole being provided with a lower face, d '' a main suction channel opening into the underside and extending in a first direction of extension which is substantially transverse, and for example substantially perpendicular, to a direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, and of a channel secondary suction opening into the underside and extending in a second direction of extension which is substantially parallel to the direction of movement of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, the secondary suction channel being fluidly connected to the main suction channel , characterized in that the underside of the sole has a front part extending from u n front edge of the main suction channel up to the vicinity of the front point of the vacuum nozzle, and for example up to the front point of the vacuum nozzle, the front part of the lower face being substantially flat and being inclined so that, when the soleplate is placed on a surface to be cleaned, the front tip of the vacuum cleaner nozzle is closer to the surface to be cleaned than the front edge of the main suction channel. Such a configuration of the front part of the underside of the sole has the consequence of reducing the cross-section of the air flow at the level of the front tip of the vacuum cleaner nozzle, and therefore of increasing the speeds d air flow at the front tip of the squeegee. Such an increase in suction speeds at the level of the front nozzle tip improves the suction of large waste via the secondary suction channel and the evacuation of this waste to the main suction channel. Thus, the vacuum cleaner nozzle according to the present invention has optimal suction efficiency, and therefore improved suction performance. The vacuum cleaner nozzle may also have one or more of the following characteristics, taken alone or in combination. The front part 9 of the lower face 8 extends more particularly from the front edge 12a of the main suction channel 12 to the front tip 6 of the vacuum cleaner nozzle 2, and is advantageously inclined so that, when the sole 3 is disposed on a surface to be cleaned, the front tip 6 of the vacuum cleaner nozzle 2 is closer to the surface to be cleaned than the front edge 12a of the main suction channel 12. The front part 9 of the lower face 8 is inclined relative to the horizontal by an angle of inclination for example between 1 and 6 °, and advantageously between 1 and 4 °, when the sole 3 is disposed on the surface to be cleaned. The sole 3 also includes a secondary suction channel 13 extending over and opening into the front part 9 of the lower face 8.
